Body: “In the spirit of self-reliance, we are establishing a vocational training center. Here, women and young adults learn marketable skills that create sustainable income for their families.
- Artisan Soap Making: Participants learn to produce high-quality soap, which is then sold in local markets, providing a steady source of income.
- Sewing & Enterprise: Our sewing program teaches skills to make clothing and, critically, to produce reusable sanitary pads. This addresses period poverty, keeps girls in school, and creates a micro-business opportunity.
- Future Bakery: We have plans to launch a community bakery, which will provide affordable bread and pastries to locals while funding the center’s operations.”
